Shurfah will not give a customer's personal information to any third parties and records of the Shurfah website will be kept for statistical purposes. The company (Shurfah) will request personal information when the customer (student) registers for a lesson. This data will include name, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. Customers should verify and approve all information before a lesson is arranged and takes place. Customers may be contacted by Shurfah, so as to inquire about service satisfaction.

3. Copyright

All information on the Shurfah website is protected by copyright. It is against the law to breach upon or use any of the possessions related with the design, or branding of any content on the Shurfah website, or to establish any alterations to any of the content supplied by Shurfah.

4. Product and Services

Shurfah is a registered company with limited liability and is located in Jordan. The company adheres to the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Shurfah provides a service whereby customers can purchase Arabic language lessons online.

All communication between Shurfah and the customer will be electronic; via e-mail. A prospective customer will register on the Shurfah website. Once the customer agrees to and accepts all terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Shurfah's services are for customers who can read and write and fully understand and approve this agreement. The company's services are open to minors under the age of 18 once Shurfah receives approval of the minor's participation from the parent/ guardian, which can be sent via email.

Services provided are individual and cannot be given to anyone else, unless bought as a gift in the other person's name on the application. Only the applicant registered for the conversation lesson can participate in the tutorial; this means that no other person, besides the registered customer- can take part in a conversation lesson or use the customer's username and password to enter the video conversation or to buy the courses.

Prospective customers should present correct information and update their information when needed. If Shurfah suspects any fake information the customer will have their account terminated.

A customer will use the conversations only for practice purposes and is strictly forbidden from using the conversations in any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, insulting, vulgar, obscene, sexual, discriminating, religious, hateful, fake, racially, ethnically or inappropriate discussions of any type, Customers will not make any contact with Shurfah's instructors, outside the lesson interaction.

The company might share the instructors contact details to make it easier to communicate during lessons. Customers should not use any of the instructors' information or share it for any reason.

Shurfah has the right to terminate a customer's lessons, without notice, for any behavior that violates the agreement and is considered harmful to the interests of the instructor.

5. Prices, Payment and Delivery

All prices indicated on the website are in USD and customers shall make payments electronically to Shurfah in several ways. These various payment methods are indicated on the website. Services will be provided to customer once Shurfah has received payment for the service.

The customer will receive a written confirmation of the dates and time of lessons, within two working days once the payment process payment has been finalized.

Please make sure when choosing the packages to schedule the dates within the framed dates only. Each package and each course has its own limited period of time.

Standard lesson time is 45 minutes and can be increased to 60 minutes if needed.

6. Changes/Modifications

The customer can change the time of the lesson or change the instructor for the remaining lessons of the package, but must inform both Shurfah and the instructor by email within 48 hours before the original class timing. Customer will then wait to receive an email from Shurfah that acknowledges his/her request.

This is applicable only once for the five lessons and twice for ten lessons package.

7. Liability, Cancellations & Refund Policies

If Shurfah needs to cancel a lesson due to instructor's illness or any other urgent matter regarding instructor, Shurfah will find a replacement/substitute instructor.

Shurfah ensures that the website is totally operational, unless an error occurs caused by the temperament of the internet and will work on fixing any technical glitches in a quick and timely manner.

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If Shurfah needs to cancel a lesson in the case of not finding a replacement/substitute instructor, Shurfah will refund the full paid amount.

8. Queries/Complaints

In the case of queries or complaints concerning any of our services, or procedures, please contact us via email and expect to receive a reply within two working days.

All website users are required to be aware of, and to agree with, all of the above General Terms & Conditions. By registering for a lesson or course, this entails that the customer automatically agrees to all of our General Terms & Conditions.

Shurfah maintains the right to make any changes to the General Terms & Conditions at any time. The customer will be subject to the General Terms & Conditions after the customer has registered for courses and lessons, which entails agreeing to all the terms and conditions.

9. Time Zone in Jordan

All of Shurfah's language lessons and courses shall be presented by instructors in accordance with Jordanian time zone.
